Sets of brazed cutters with carbide (HM) tips and cutter heads with exchangeable inserts (HM) designed for professional machining of solid and glued wood as well as other wood-based materials and plastics. They are used for machining flat surfaces and edge profiling to obtain a given window and door profile. We offer mainly sets as cutter heads with exchangeable inserts.

Precision
Tools mounted on sleeves or HSK shanks, designed for professional, very precise machining of solid wood and other wood-based materials. HSK clamping system guarantees reduced radial run-out tolerance. Thanks to using HSK system allowing for production of arch windows, we obtain high precisions an quality of the machined surface. The tools are designed for automatic CNC machines.

The most popular, catalogue sets of cutters and cutter heads for windows and door production are produced in about 10 working days. Sets on individual request are produced in about 15 working days.
