Knives have been equipped with special HP and HX coating. Proper choice of coating significantly increases life of the tool. Special planer knives with increased precision with coating:
HP - for dry and hard wood
HX - for wet and soft wood

Spiral monolith cutters (THM)
Depending on the machined material (wood, chipboard) we use coating of different types. For hard-machinable materials we use special multi-layer coatings increasing life of the blade.

Tools for wedge joints (FZK)
Dedicated multi layer HP coating designed by The Polish Institute of Science increases the life of the blades several times. The coating works best with HSS steel tools. It improves the production economy by eliminating frequent and unnecessary change of tools on the machine.
Apart from coated tools from stock, we can offer other HSS cutters with HP coating on request.
