We offer tools with non standard, special construction according to customers’ individual needs.
Sets of special tools with DIA tips are adapted to specific requirements of customer’s machines. Precision and very long life of tips allow for working in wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, HDF). Tools with DIA tips are also a perfect solution for cutting aluminum and plastics. FABA can offer a wide range of tools with non-standard camping, designer for work on special machines. Tools are measures in millimeters or inches.
Production of blades with every possible bore size is possible thanks to a special machine making the bore with accuracy 0,02 mm as well as pinholes for spindle lock. Tools with a bore and shank tools produced on request in full range of widely used bore dimensions will be designed for every machine used by customer.
For special machines with non-standard tool camping, e.g. conical, FABA can offer every type of clamping fitting the given machine (length, diameter and cone angle).
