Brazed cutters with high speed steel tips (HSS) designed for professional machining of solid soft wood and brazed cutters with carbide tips (HM) designed for professional machining of solid soft and hard wood, glued wood, wood-based materials, plastics, PVC, non-ferrous metals – aluminum alloys. They are used for machining flat surfaces, grooves, rebates and decorative boards with complex shapes.

Cutters and sets of cutters are made from the highest quality high speed cutting steel in special heat treatment technology, which has been properly selected for the type of work, parameters and conditions prevailing during the machining, in order to guarantee proper work of the tools both in standard and extreme conditions. Apart from the wide range of standard catalogue cutters, FABA offers also tools according to individual customer’s needs in order to optimize and adjust the construction to the machine, working conditions, material type and customer’s expectations to guarantee efficient work. Depending on customer’s needs, cutters are offered as single tools or sets of cutters.

The most popular types of cutters and sets of cutters are available from stock. Production time of non-standard cutters on customer’s request is about 10 days.
