Breakthrough solution - AIMS system already in FABA

AIMS (Anca Integrated Manufacturing System), was launched at FABA S.A. in mid-2023, and FABA is the first company in the world to implement this project. The advanced automation system is a pioneering, highly innovative production system. It creates the future of optimizing modern cutting tool technology and provides comprehensive solutions to all tool manufacturing challenges.

AIMS automates and integrates a maintenance-free shank tool production system. It is used to increase efficiency, which translates into lower costs while maintaining the highest quality of products. The system increases productivity and repeatability of manufactured tools. The applied innovation consists primarily in a smooth production process through comprehensive robotization and automation of the production line and measurement control to the stage of obtaining a finished high-quality product.

Thanks to the combination of different grinding processes and IT systems in the factory, production is programmed in a serial manner and the product is repeatable and retains the expected quality. The system provides work 7 days a week in 3 shifts. The spectrum of the system's operation offers many possibilities, causing FABA to rise to the next stage of development, transforming into a company operating on the basis of the concept of integrated production.
